| Driver’ responsibility fee and Security Deposit reduction terms (SDR SUPPLEMENT*) |
| Only in the event of the vehicle being damaged or stolen, will we charge the entire security deposit amount paid by the client at the beginning of the rental.
By purchasing the SDR SUPPLEMENT you will benefit by a reduction on the Security Deposit amount (letter E in the rental contract), limiting the maximum charge for any damage caused to the motorcycle during rental period, including fire, theft of all/part of the vehicle/accessories hired.
The SDR Supllement valid only in Italy. In the Rental Agreement are determined specifically, the use of Motor vehicle conditions, in case of default of the same only for willful misconduct or gross negligence, even if the customer has subscribed a reduced charge Damage and Theft, all the damages will be charged to Customer. Refer to Rental Terms and Conditions for more information. |
